Pre-Order Questions
What is a Pre-Order?
We have stock arriving, but due to logistical issues at Cape Town harbour our shipment is delayed. Limited stock is available and due to high demand, we are taking pre-orders on our machines to ensure a client secures a machine. It means you buy a machine, but it is not sent the next day. Your machine will be sent as soon as we receive it in our warehouse.
When will I receive my Pre-Order?
Our estimated date to start sending out orders is 22 November. Kindly note, this is an estimated date and is subject to change should there be more delays.
We aim to be as transparent as possible, so you are welcome to contact us to find out more.
Do I pay for my Pre-Order?
Yes, it works the same as placing a normal order. Once you place the order you secure your machine. You will receive your tracking details as soon as we start sending out the machines. You are welcome to contact us at any stage should you require an update.
Are there any benefits to pre-ordering?
Yes! Pre-ordering ensures you secure your incubator from our next available shipment, especially given high demand.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, cancellations are accepted up until the shipment arrives. Please contact us for assistance with cancellation.
