Our Returns Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return please complete the following steps:
- Please send an email to admin@deltaincubators.co.za with your order number, full name and surname and the product you wish to return
- Kindly state why you would want to return the product
- We will contact you to arrange pick-up time and address. The courier picking the items up will issue a waybill.
- Send item back to us
Additional Information:
- Refunds will be paid within 2 - 4 working days from us receiving the product and analysing for damage or missing parts.
- The shipping fees will be for our account, unless the product has received water damage, in which case the customer will be held liable for the shipping fee for retuning the product.
- Should we find that there is no fault with a damaged machine, or that a machine is not in a condition to be used again (example used, dirty or damaged packing) we have the right to not issue a refund. Shipping the product back to you will be at your own cost.
